Here’s another “Carole Special”. This one you won’t believe! RECIPE: Make your favorite peanut butter cookie recipe. Buy a bag of miniature  Snicker Bars (“Candy Bar of the ’84 Olympics!) and cut each one in half. Envelope each half candy bar in cookie dough and bake cookies according to your recipe. You now have peanut butter cookies a la Carole.

P.S. I’ve told you before, I think she really is a very disturbed individual…
