- 1 lb. fresh Danish Bleu cheese
- 1 lg. container sour cream
- 1/2 small container of whipping cream
- 1 TBS. Worcestershire
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. sugar
- 4-5 cloves garlic, finely minced (you can cut down on this if you aren’t quite the garlic fan that I am)
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- freshly ground pepper
Crumble the cheese, put it in a mixing bowl and “Just whip it, yea, whip it good! Now, whip it, whip it good!” (I just love “DEVO”, they’re so cute with their little hats!)
